Cumulus Up. is a wine bar located upstairs from Cumulus Inc. Open Tuesday to Saturday until late.
European in atmosphere, the space balances edgy luxe and familiar classic to stunning effect. Featuring parquet timber floors and feature Laguna lighting by Matteo Thun, the interior is warm and elegant and lends itself to many an occasion.
Our pride and joy – the climate controlled cellar – houses a considered and eclectic selection of wine. Focusing on the best examples of vintage, variety, style and region, it offers an extensive range from both the New World and the Old.
The menu, designed by Andrew McConnell and Sam Cheetham features a selection of small and large plates that are best enjoyed alongside a great bottle of wine. An ever changing chef’s selection menu showcases the best raw seafood, locally sourced produce like Macedon duck or O’Connor beef from Gippsland.
